Job Description

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must be willing to work in the Department Store of Landmark Festival.
  • At least high school graduate.
  • Required skill(s): customer service and sales administration.
  • With at least 3 months of sales experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Seamless execution of the customer service journey and sales-related administrative duties
  • Compliance with SOP, accounting, finance, and audit mandates
  • Provide assistance during marketing events, merchandise inventory, requisition, and delivery.
  • Maintenance, safety, and security of the merchandise display and store equipment
  • Ensures proper housekeeping (cleanliness and hygiene) and a planogram of the entire store.
