Job Description
A Sales Assistant plays a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers with product inquiries, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product knowledge.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Arrange merchandise displays to attract customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organize merchandise.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Basic math skills for processing sales transactions.
- Prior retail experience is preferred but not required.
