Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manages the In-house Sales team to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service. Develops strategies with the Sales Group Head to identify new markets and opportunities, recruit and train new sales agents, and manages team performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required, with a minimum of 6 years of experience managing a sales team in the Real Estate industry as an organic employee. Strong communication, management, and leadership skills are essential. Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php55,00.00 per month
