Job Description
Key Accountabilities
- The Sales Assistant Manager is responsible for mentoring the sales team, implementing sales techniques, assigning sales training, identifying priorities, and coordinating sales operations to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Building relationships with Casino Clients or High Rollers
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and capture key demographics
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by effectively managing the team
- Providing prompt reports on crucial issues to the direct manager
- Building and promoting long-lasting customer relations
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree (4 years) required
- Preferably with experience in the casino industry (VIP Host or Business Development experience)
Required Skills:
- Superb interpersonal skills
- Consistent and reliable work performance
- Ability to create and deliver customized presentations
- Strong relationship management skills
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php25,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month
