Job Description
- Answer and transfer phone calls.
- Responsible for answering queries of stock items, price and sizes.
- Take orders thru phone, email, and face to face interactions.
- Assist clients/customers regarding problems or concerns on items.
- Ensure that sizes of items are approved and instructed by clients before cutting.
- Assist walk-in clients regarding orders and payments.
- Make daily report and send it thru email.
- Log all received phone calls.
- Other tasks may be assigned from time to time.
