Job Description
- Convince customers to purchase items by creating good shopping experiences (service, product, ambience)
- Smile, greet customers & encourage them to buy items by presenting features & benefits & offering latest promotions
- Display complete assortment of items in the selling area based on official guidelines & put away items handled by customers
- Inspect items for damage, wrong/lost price tags or stock-outs during off-peak hours; alert stock clerk for pull-out or replenishment
- Answer customer questions or complaints & assist before or after a sale
- Clean the assigned selling pads during off-peak hours including the items on display & fixtures
