Job Description
A Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products or services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The main duties include assisting customers with inquiries and purchases, maintaining an organized and clean sales floor, and achieving sales targets. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong knowledge of the products or services being sold.
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products
- Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns
- Ring up purchases and handle cash or card transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Handle customer complaints or returns in a professional manner
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the products or services being sold
