Job Description
To consult, serve, and prescribe high-end products to new and existing customers, ensuring the highest level of service. The role maximizes sales and financial growth following company procedures.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contribute to store sales
- Prevent shrinkage
- Assist with stocktakes
- Understand sales budget and KPIs
- Resolve customer complaints
- Uphold customer service standards
- Adhere to store presentation standards
- Assist in maintaining community relationships
- Seek feedback on performance
- Create harmonious work environment
- Complete administrative tasks
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree/College Degree
- Sales, retail, customer service experience
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Experience: Retail Sales Associate: 1 year (Preferred)
