Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales Associate / Cashier to promote our Shop Installment Loan program at merchant partner locations and on social media in accordance with company guidelines. The role requires subject-matter expertise, ongoing learning of product updates, verification and validation of documents submitted via the digital banking app, and assisting customers with onboarding and loan applications in compliance with policy.
- Collaborate with store staff and comply with merchant regulations
- Support sales targets, protect supplied equipment, and preserve store image
- Adhere to operational risk and fraud-mitigation procedures
- In-person position; hours follow merchant guidelines (typically six days per week, including critical days)
