Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Associate responsible for achieving profitability targets, soliciting new and inactive brokers, supporting partners, following up on claims, and underwriting within company guidelines. The position also involves preparing quotes and documents, signing policies within delegated authority, and monitoring renewals and receivables.
- Requirements: pleasant personality; strong oral and written communication; experience preferred; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Employment: full-time, on-site. Compensation from PHP18,00/month.
- Benefits: additional leave, company events, life insurance, paid training, opportunity for permanent promotion, and occasional work-from-home.
