Job Description
- Assist in identifying key staff in realty groups to cultivate good business relationships
- Assist in resolving broker/agent complaints quickly and effectively (within 48 hours)
- Assist in promoting good customer service processes to partners
- Assist to establish strong relationships with brokers and agents
- Assists agent’s accreditation. Ensures that the requirements are complete
- Assist to conduct Project briefings, and Site Orientations
- Keeps brokers updated with the project by sending information/updates through email
- Handles brokers’ inquiries and buyers’ requests from other departments
- Coordinates with brokers on the completion of buyer’s requirements
- Coordinates with proper departments and other after-sales concerns of the broker/agent
Job qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any Business related courses
- At least 1-2 years of working experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
