Job Description:

• Prepare sales invoices and delivery receipts (DR)
• Generate purchase orders (P.O.) for suppliers
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with customers
• Liaise with suppliers across local, Singapore, and Japan
• Compile and prepare comprehensive sales reports
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Experienced or willing to be trained in SAP accounting system
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong English communication skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Demonstrates good character and professionalism
• Acceptable for candidates with at least 6 months of experience or recent graduates
