The Coffee Specialist serves as an ambassador for Nespresso, providing exceptional customer service while promoting the brand’s premium image.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess customer needs and provide information on product features
- Welcome customers and address their queries
- Achieve sales goals
- Maintain a stocked and presentable assigned area
Qualifications:
- At least one (1) year of sales experience
- Knowledge of product selling
