Job Description
The Coffee Specialist is an ambassador of Nespresso, delivering exceptional customer service to uphold Nespresso’s premium image at our boutiques or trade partners.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure customer satisfaction through sales service
- Assist customers with product information
- Welcome customers, address queries, achieve sales goals
- Maintain in-stock and presentable areas
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 1 year Sales experience
- Knowledge in product selling
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Flexible with shifts
