Job Description
A Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers in finding the right products, and maximizing sales. They are knowledgeable about products and promotions, ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience.
The main responsibilities of a Sales Associate include greeting and engaging customers, determining their needs, and recommending suitable products. They also handle cash transactions, maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, and assist with inventory management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as Sales Associates interact with customers on a daily basis. They must be proactive, energetic, and reliable, with a strong attention to detail.
