Job Description
1. Assist in consolidating contract requirements including notarization and signatures.
2. Prepare monthly contract summary (PO received) and compile a job list of ongoing, closed, and new projects.
3. Monitor project PO and project completion.
4. Coordinate with PM/APM and Project Secretary to generate the COC for completed projects and progress report for ongoing projects.
5. Coordinate with the Broker to obtain project insurances, surety bonds, performance bonds, etc.
6. Prepare monthly reports for operations.
7. Check and review billing, invoices, and statement of accounts.
8. Prepare, assist with, and follow up documents for the application for Vat Zero Rating.
9. Performs other related work as required.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
