Job Description
- Working closely with clients, identifying needs, answering inquiries, and recommending solutions
- Developing and sustaining long-lasting customer relationships
- Being knowledgeable about service features and providing options
- Maintaining accurate sales records, appointments, and handling complaints
- Achieving sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Collaborating with other departments for excellent customer service
- Providing sales improvement strategies and ideas
- Maintaining strict confidentiality and adherence to company policies
- Performing assigned tasks by the Manager
