Job Description
ASSIGNMENT: SM Mall of Asia
The Coffee Specialist is an ambassador of Nespresso, delivering top-tier customer service and maintaining Nespresso’s premium image.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Provide product information based on customer needs
- Welcome customers, address inquiries, and meet sales targets
- Maintain well-stocked and appealing store areas
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year sales experience
- Product selling knowledge
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Availability for shifts and holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php16,800.00 per month
