Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Associate responsible for assisting customers with inquiries about our products and services.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Welcome and assist customers professionally
- Manage customer volume with courtesy
- Communicate and fulfill customer needs
- Suggest products, sales, and promotions
- Help customers select suitable products
- Visually display products and maintain cleanliness
- Collaborate with the sales team and follow operation procedures
- Report customer requests to management and adhere to company policies
- Handle cash transactions and maintain store presentation
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of sales experience
- Store operations background preferred
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
