Job Description:
- Responsible for the affiliation/disaffiliation of New-to-bank (NTB) merchants for P2M/e-wallet and/or new product expansion in the area of responsibility.
- Serve the needs and concerns of assigned merchants.
- Provide assistance to the division, company promotions, and projects.
- Search and evaluate prospective merchants for affiliation within the area of responsibility by building their own portfolio.
- Conduct regular visitation to assigned merchants to address their immediate needs and concerns promptly.
- Review actual billings against targets and prepare weekly and monthly analysis reports for submission to the division and group head.
- Recommend and undertake disaffiliation of merchants based on specific criteria, such as non-billers, failure to meet billings requirements, fraud, or as recommended by CCAP.
