Job Description
A Sales Associate is a critical team member responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in a retail environment. As a Sales Associate at Techfactors Inc, your main duties will include:
- Assisting customers and providing product information
- Handling cash transactions and operating the cash register
- Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor
- Stocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels
- Meeting sales targets and consistently achieving KPIs
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team. Retail experience is preferred but not required.
