Job Description
The Sales Associate is responsible for engaging with customers to close sales or provide assistance with their needs. They prioritize targets and sales while maintaining a high level of customer service. They are also responsible for ensuring that items on the sales floor are well-organized and displayed according to standards.
A. CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT & FOCUS
- Provide excellent customer experience by having extensive knowledge about the products sold in the stores, including features, benefits, fit, use, and trivia.
- Promote and practice excellent customer service with sincerity and efficiency.
- Perform shoe cleaning (for Capital store athletes) as an additional service for customers who make purchases at Capital and Forum stores.
B. STORE OPERATIONS
- Ensure all items on display have security tags, size beads, and are wrinkle-free.
- Steam apparels that will be displayed in the selling area.
- Organize and maintain completeness of items in the assigned zone and other zones through automatic refills.
- Perform daily housekeeping duties to keep the store clean.
- Follow the endorsement procedure with co-athletes when taking breaks or leaving the sales floor.

- Being athletic is an advantage but not required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php610.00 per day
Schedule:
- Rotational shift
Supplemental pay types:
