Job Description
Qualifications:
- College graduate
- Experienced as Sales personnel for 1 year (hard selling)
- Experienced as Sales Trainer for 1 year
- Experience selling in BPO and in different industries (Real estate)
Job Description:
- Conducting orientation for new sales representatives
- Determining and organizing training
- Creating traditional and digital educational materials such as case studies and videos
- Conducting skills gap analyses
- Preparing learning material
- Evaluating results after each training session
- Identifying challenges faced by salespeople on-the-job and recommending ways to increase productivity
Job Types:

Salary:
Php25,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
