Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College Graduate in Management or Marketing
- With 3 years of experience
- Knows how to drive
Job Description:
- Invite and accredit new sellers in the North Area (Pampanga, Bulacan, Tarlac, etc.)
- Coordinate & oversee sales and marketing events
- Update property listings
- Assist in negotiating and closing sales
- Determine client needs and propose solutions
- Pre-approve clients for bank transactions
- Prepare necessary paperwork for closing sales
- Promote sales traditionally and digitally
- Knowledgeable in real estate market and trends
Job Type: Fixed term
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
- Commission pay
