Job Description
VDP Distribution OPC is seeking a full-time, in-person Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, recommend products, maintain attractive displays, process transactions, manage inventory and returns, support in-store promotions, and prepare sales reports. The role requires meeting daily and monthly sales targets and handling customer inquiries professionally, including weekend and holiday availability.
- Requirements: High school diploma (Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing preferred), 1–2 years retail or customer service experience, strong communication, sales and negotiation skills.
- Compensation: Php16,00–Php18,00/month. Benefits include health insurance, employee discount, paid training, additional leave, company events, and advancement opportunities.
