Job Description
Epta Refrigeration Phils. Inc., part of a multinational industrial group operating across five continents, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Back Office staff. Our mission is to provide sustainable refrigeration solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
As a Sales Back Office member, you will:
- Process all orders accurately and promptly
- Communicate with clients regarding delays or issues
- Coordinate with customers and transporters for timely deliveries
- Prepare quotations and assist in invoicing
- Manage export documentation
- Maintain updated order statuses
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
