Job Description
As a bookings consultant, you will be a part of a warm desk where you will be maintaining and developing a database of nurses and clients. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients, headhunting new candidates, lead generation, booking nurses into client shifts, and account management.
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 1 year experience within healthcare and sales background
- Customer Service experience is preferred
- Proven track record of achieving targets and goals
- Be able to grow existing accounts
- Work well under pressure within a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work Onsite
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php30,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
- Commission pay
Education:
- Bachelor’s (Required)
Experience:
- Sales: 1 year (Required)
- Customer service: 1 year (Required)
- Healthcare: 1 year (Preferred)
