Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Cruise Consultants and guests to deliver exceptional post-sale services.
- Effectively manage customer data within our CRM system.
- Facilitate timely communications for last-minute guest needs.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
