Job Description
Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a dedicated and motivated Sales Butler to join our office-based team. This role supports our Direct Cruise Consultants in managing guest bookings post-sale, focusing on service quality and booking retention through proactive communication via phone and email.
Essential duties include liaising with Cruise Consultants and guests regarding air bookings, hotel arrangements, visa information, and general administrative tasks. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or sales support.
