Job Description
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Sales clerks are frontline troops. They are in direct contact with our customers and it is imperative that they are well-versed in product knowledge and properly trained in customer service and salesmanship before they are allowed to interact with our customers. The Sales clerk ensures that customers’ needs are satisfied and exceeded through the implementation of the company’s customer service standards thereby achieving individual and store sales targets.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensures achievement of individual daily sales target
- Provides fast, efficient and friendly service to all customers
- Replenishes merchandise on display
- Maintains cleanliness and orderliness in the selling area
- Assists in the implementation of visual display guidelines and policies
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- San Pedro, Laguna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
