Job Description
1. Executes efficient customer relations/service by assisting customers in the selection of merchandise on choice of style, color, and brand.
2. Ensures that shelves and showcases are fully stocked at all times and with correct price tags and labels.
3. Knowledgeable and implement price revisions in all ongoing promotions, discounts, and mark-ups.
4. Able to answer customer questions and handle customer complaints.
5. Maintains the cleanliness of the whole merchandise display area.
6. Assists customers to the counter when buying value items.
7. Directs customers to the nearest counter for payment of merchandise.
8. Assists in periodic inventory taking of the branch store.
9. Assists in the accurate and timely preparation of stock requests from Forward Stock Room (FSR) and/or from the warehouse.
10. Monitors and checks delivery receipts from the FSR and/or Warehouse.
11. Reports to Store Managers saleable items, customer inquiries, complaints.
12. Maintains the upkeep of the branch/store through proper storage, cleanliness, and orderliness of the work area.
13. Implements the company behavioral programs on customer service such as smile and greet.
