Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Sales Closer with Lead Generation Expertise to join our dynamic team. As the Sales Closer, you will be responsible for successfully closing sales deals, primarily in a B2B (business-to-business) context. Your main goal will be to generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement effective lead generation strategies to build a strong pipeline of potential customers
- Nurture and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and effectively deliver customized solutions
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and identify areas for growth
- Utilize persuasive sales techniques to close deals and exceed sales targets
- Regularly update and manage sales pipelines, including tracking all activities and interactions with prospects
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales and lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment
- Proven track record of successfully closing sales deals and meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
