Job Description
As a Sales Compensation Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing and designing the compensation structure for the sales team. Your responsibilities will include evaluating sales data, developing performance metrics, and creating strategies to maximize sales performance through effective compensation plans.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales goals and compensation packages. Additionally, you will provide insights and recommendations to enhance sales incentive programs and drive revenue growth.
