Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team at BEEHIVE BPO. Responsibilities include:

  • Entering data into CRM and ensuring accuracy
  • Maintaining spreadsheets for tracking information and sales
  • Resolving discrepancies and obtaining missing information
  • Communicating with business partner teams
  • Reviewing data for errors and reporting to management
  • Scanning and printing required documents
  • Providing occasional administrative support
  • Ability to meet deadlines and communicate effectively

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in an office
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Experience with MS Suites, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat preferred
  • Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8-hour daily shift, Monday to Friday, Night shift, Shift rotation

Supplemental pay types:

  • Sales Coordinator: 1 year (Required)
