Job Description
Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing daily operations within our sales department at Glory Foods Corporation. You will coordinate staff, manage inventory, and implement processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction while achieving our operational and financial goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, inventory, and supplier relationships.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure excellence in service.
- Address staffing issues and monitor attendance.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
Requirements: 1 year of sales/marketing experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing/management.
