Job Description
M and J Workforce Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Sales Coordinator to drive sales and support customers applying for 2-Wheel loans. The role involves updating dealers on the status of loan applications, conducting customer briefings, ensuring all documentary requirements are met, and fostering robust relationships with dealers.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess at least a High School diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of one year of sales experience, preferably in banking, is required. Familiarity with the auto or motorcycle industry, coupled with excellent communication skills, is essential. Candidates must own a motorcycle and hold a valid Driver’s License.
Salary: Php 14,800. This is a full-time position with a day shift, in-person work, and offers allowances and performance bonuses.
