Job Description
We are seeking a full-time, in-person Sales Coordinator based in Davao City to facilitate communications between retail branches and internal departments, provide real-time field support, and resolve customer concerns. The role coordinates event timelines and roadshows, oversees third-party vendors, venues, transportation and accommodations, and ensures timely delivery of materials.
Key duties include preparing BRF/PRF, contracts and liquidations; consolidating sales reports, itineraries and post-event analyses; managing expense filings and inventory; and maintaining organized digital repositories for guidelines and compliance. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Compensation starts at Php13,302.50/month. Benefits include additional leave, employee discounts, paid training, company events, and opportunities for advancement.
