Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform online sales activities to achieve company sales objectives.
- Identify and contact potential customers for business opportunities.
- Maintain profitable relationships with customers.
- Stay updated on product information and promotions.
- Communicate with customers via phone, emails, and chats.
- Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
- Work independently to meet monthly sales quota.
- Provide excellent service for customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed on online marketing trends and competitors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1+ year of sales experience preferred.
- Experience with FB/Marketplace handling preferred.
- Proven fast typing skills.
- Able to exceed sales quotas.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly self-motivated and proficient in Microsoft Office.
Commission: Starting at Php2,00, dependent on exceeding quotas and applicable after passing probation.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php610.00 per day, Php14,00.00 – Php15,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th-month salary
