Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Sales & Customer Support representative. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, providing product information, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be customer-oriented, and possess a strong sales acumen.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding our products and services.
- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions and closing sales deals.
- Resolve any issues or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer support is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
