Job Description
- Provide the sales team with sales analytics for decision-making and attracting more customers
- Identify and stay updated on sales trends
- Suggest improvements in sales processes
- Offer sales analytics to management and executives regularly
- Maintain data banking for sales metrics and customer profiles
- Report any unusual activity to Management
- Assist the sales team for customer satisfaction
- Maintain an organized filing system for sales data
- Coordinate with internal departments for system alignment
- Strengthen internal control in sales processes and ensure compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
- Analytical skills and knowledge of databases
- Data visualization, communication, and attention to details
- Data management proficiency
