Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identifying and researching potential leads through various channels.
- Qualifying leads based on predetermined criteria.
- Initiating contact with leads through personalized communications.
- Scheduling meetings or calls with qualified leads.
- Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborating with the sales team to optimize outreach tactics.
- Continuous learning to engage effectively with prospects.
Qualifications/ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- At least one-year BPO and 6 months sales experience.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
