Job Description
A Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers for the sales team. As an SDR operating during the night shift, you will primarily focus on engaging with customers in different time zones and regions, ensuring a global pipeline of opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
- Contact and qualify leads through various channels including email, cold calling, and social media.
- Understand customer needs and identify potential solutions.
- Work closely with the sales team to hand off qualified opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM system.
- Provide assistance in creating and optimizing sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Prior experience in a B2B sales role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM software.
