Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Attend to all inquiries/calls from social media (Facebook, Instagram, Email) and SMS
- Supervise day-to-day activities with effective procedures and top-quality control
- Manage influencer affiliate program and coordinate with various teams
- Attend to dispatch requirements and cross-check job orders
- Build new business relationships and prepare business reports
Requirements:
- NBI clearance required
- Good understanding of customer service
- Passion for operational work and attention to detail in datasheets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word, and Google Sheets
- Knowledgeable in social media (Facebook and Instagram)
- Proficient in Bisaya and English dialect
