Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Major in Marketing Management or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales documentation, Real Estate experience required.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Flexible with the ability to multitask.
- Good Computer Skills, especially in MS Office (Excel).
- Fast learner, proactive, and can work independently.
- Experience in processing and monitoring sales documentation.
Roles:
- Handle Sales Documentation, including receiving and checking requirements, preparing contracts, and maintaining records.
- Manage Bank endorsements and facilitation of sales transactions.
- Prepare Sample Computations and ensure timely seller payments.
- Update Sales Database and assist in sales training and seminars.
- Address client and seller inquiries, perform administrative tasks as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php17,00.00 per month
