Job Description
Qualifications & experience
- Experience in Residential Estimation.
- Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- At least 1 year of experience in Estimating or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Review and evaluate project documentation for accurate cost calculations.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare Sales Estimates.
- Coordinate effectively with overseas clients via email and MS Teams.
- Perform administrative tasks related to completed work.
- Opportunity to work with a leading outsourcing company.
- Office-based role at Acacia Drive, Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.
