Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Excellence Manager to lead sales performance improvement and implement best practices across the Philippines. This role will design and optimize sales processes, coach and develop sales teams, deploy analytics and KPIs, and collaborate with marketing and operations to enable sustainable revenue growth. The manager will also lead change initiatives to increase productivity and ensure consistent execution.
- Requirements: 5+ years in sales operations or enablement; strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills;
- Experience with CRM and BI tools; excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
