Job Description
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary contact for corporate clients, building strong relationships.
- Align services with client needs, understand objectives, and address challenges effectively.
Project Management
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor progress, timelines, and budgets to meet client expectations.
Account Development and Growth
- Develop account plans, identify growth opportunities, and negotiate agreements.
- Achieve revenue and growth targets through upselling and cross-selling.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, understanding of the advertising industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, excellent communication, negotiation skills.
