Job Description
Colkin Architecture & Construction is seeking a driven Sales Executive in Bacoor, Cavite. This role is essential for driving sales and fostering client relationships in the architecture and construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Identify and evaluate business opportunities.
- Prepare and present proposals.
- Collaborate with project teams for client satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales.
- Maintain sales records and reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of sales experience.
