Job Description
1. Leadership and Team Management:
- Supervise, mentor, and lead teams in multiple locations.
- Set performance goals, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills.
2. Operational Management:
- Monitor day-to-day operations for efficiency and compliance.
- Implement standardized operational guidelines.
- Optimize processes for productivity and cost reduction.
- Handle customer complaints promptly.
3. Sales and Marketing:
- Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor sales performance and provide guidance for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for regional campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php16,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
