Duties and Responsibilities:

• This role has a new business focus.
• Establishes relationships with new prospects through cold calling, personal networking and referrals, and nurturing inbound leads (ie prospects who submitted form through website or downloaded free HR resource)
• Takes prospects through sales process (from identifying opportunity, to sales discovery, solution presentation, issuing contracts and closing) to convert them to customers
• Responsible for weekly KPI’s:
• 20 connections (phone calls, video meetings, etc)
• 3 new client opportunities identified
• 1 new client signed and won
• Candidate should have experience selling into the US market, preference for experience in the Mining and Semiconductor industries. Does not have to have recruiting sales experience specifically.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
• Minimum of 3 proven experience in business development or a lead generation related role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in HubSpot and Bullhorn CRM is preferred
