Job Description
Intellidesk Inc., a premium coworking space in Alabang, seeks a results-driven Sales Executive to generate leads, convert inquiries, and sustain high occupancy. Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound inquiries, conducting tours and presentations, closing contracts with individuals, SMEs, and corporate clients, developing broker relationships, tracking pipeline in CRM, and coordinating with marketing.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3–5 years’ experience in sales, real estate, or hospitality; strong English and Filipino communication; proven sales record; CRM and MS Office proficiency.
- Full-time, in-person role. Salary Php25,00–35,00/month. Benefits include a flexible schedule and flextime. Expected start date: November 24, 2025.
